If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions of this agreement, do not access or use the site or any of the information, products, or services provided.
2. Virtual Service Delivery All services, including tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll, and notary services, are provided strictly on a virtual basis. We do not offer in-person appointments. Clients must have access to the internet and necessary devices to utilize our secure portals and video conferencing tools.
3. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for the performance of our services. It is your responsibility to verify the completeness and accuracy of information submitted for tax preparation, including documents imported from financial institutions. Tic Tax is not liable for errors resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client.
4. Cancellations and Refunds Services available on a subscription basis (such as ongoing bookkeeping or payroll) may be canceled with written notice. Monthly fees are non-refundable prior to cancellation and are not pro-rated for partial months. For services requiring immediate action (such as tax filing or document notarization), once the service is correctly provided, fees are non-refundable.
5. Authorized IRS E-File Provider Tic Tax operates as an Authorized IRS E-File Provider and adheres to all applicable federal and state regulations. We reserve the right to refuse service if we suspect fraudulent activity or non-compliance with tax laws.
6. $2,500 Tax Preparation Guarantee Our $2,500 Tax Preparation Guarantee applies specifically to individual 1040 tax returns prepared by our firm. This guarantee is subject to specific terms, conditions, and limitations detailed in your individual service agreement.
7. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tic Tax shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.
